Dear Sir/Madam

The Pembroke College Winnie-The-Pooh Society would like to express its dismay at the fact that your Queen Mary blend is only available in caddies.

Over the years since the society was formed, tea has become the traditional drink for consumption during our elevenses meetings. Many different blends have appeared in our meetings and Twinings Tea has appeared on a regular basis.

Many of our members have sample a wide range of your teas including your Queen Mary blend, which they found to be very pleasant. You can therefore imagine the disappointment when, once the tea was finished, they went to buy more only to find they had to buy another caddie as well. It is not hard to imagine how this can affect the budget of a poor student, being forced to pay the extra expense for a caddie they do not need.

We would therefore like to suggest that the blend in question also be available without the caddie. Thus, allowing people who have already bought the product before to reuse their old caddie, which is better for the environment.

We would of course welcome a representative from your company to attend one of our meetings should you wish to discuss it further.

Thank you for your time and trouble on this matter.

Yours faithfully
The Pembroke College Winnie-The-Pooh Society

OWEN BARRITT
Foreign Secretary
